Classic Building Extensions architects offer a full range of planning options.
If your project already has planning permission, there is no further certification necessary from our Company architect.
However, if your building extension is to the rear of your property, under 40 square meters (inside floor) and is not visible from the front elevation our Company architect will issue a cert of compliance.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
A Certificate of Substantial Compliance with building regulations and exemption of planning certifies that the work that has been carried out is fit for the purpose and is in compliance with all planning and building regulations. It should be issued on completion of any building work of a structural nature carried out in your home. This is always included in our quotation price of any work we carry out.
